JCPenney Portraits by Lifetouch is an all-occasion professional photography studio dedicated to telling stories through pictures. We capture the most important moments of your life: family, maternity, newborn, couples, children, pets, and more.

There is a $14.99 session fee per subject charge for everyone photographed in your session. Session fees are free for Perks Club members. After your session, we will assist you with ordering and help you select the best collection to meet your photography needs.

  6. As a part of the Lifetouch + Shutterfly family, when you purchase a digital album your digital images will be delivered to you by Shutterfly to create personalized photo products.

Photo backgrounds vary by location and size. Our full-sized photo backgrounds are perfect for families or groups. Our mini backgrounds typically support up to 4 children. Once you arrive at your session, your photographer will recommend a background that compliments your look.

Yes, all of our studios allow for pet sessions! Please call your local studio to ensure the best experience for your pet session. Click here for some session tips and tricks.

If you purchased digital images at your last photography session, they will be delivered to your Shutterfly account within 48 hours. Shortly after your session, you will receive an email from JCPenney Portraits by Lifetouch that your images are available to claim on Shutterfly.

If you purchased products at your last session, they will typically ship within 14 business days after your visit.

Yes! We offer an exclusive discount for college students when they present this offer and their student ID at their photography session.

Yes! We offer an assortment of prop options such as stools, newborn wraps, chalkboard signs, and additional seasonal items. Feel free to bring in personal props of your own! Clothing and props must be appropriate and non-offensive to the viewing audience. Clothing and props must not show:

  1. Violent words
  2. Gore or violent imagery
  3. Profanity
  4. Hateful messaging or symbols
  5. Weapons used as props

A photography session is approximately 45 minutes, with 15 minutes in the camera room. Depending on the session type, you can look forward to receiving 15-20 beautifully captured images. After your session, you'll review your images at our viewing kiosk with a studio team member.

What is the satisfaction guarantee on JCPenney Portraits? ›

Without a sales receipt, we will exchange the product for another product of equal or lesser value within 60 days of the purchase date (date will be verified in JCPenney Portraits system). Digital Images and CD's cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases of product through JCPenney Portraits (in-studio, online, etc.)

Does JCPenney Portraits allow outfit changes? ›
