Chloe stunned in a sheer lace Galia Lahav bridal gown and matching veil for the ceremony which she teamed with Jimmy Choo shoes and jewellery from Bucherer.
The England ace's bridesmaids wore black silk dresses for the wedding which was also attended by footballers Gabby George, Sandy Maciver and Mayumi Pacheco.
For the evening reception, Chloe changed into a plunging dress to do their first dance to Never Change by Picture This.

The gown was nearly ruined by a red wine spillage, but luckily the footballer laughed it off.
Chloe's dogs, Otis and Rolo, also joined the couple during their big day and were suitably dressed in tuxedos.
The couple have shared their wedding day with British Vogue, with Chloe telling the publication: 'Looking back on it, it was a proud moment for us both that we did it all ourselves.
'I joked to the registrar I’m glad I’m never doing it again though, it was so nerve-wracking before the ceremony!'
Chloe also spoke about how they first met. 'Scott was working as a groundsman at Everton while I was playing there', Chloe said. 'One day I held the door for him, and ever since that day he kept saying he was going to message me, when he did slide into my DMs, I didn’t see it for ages, because it was in my requests folder, and then when I did see it I was like, "Who is this?" But when I saw a few people that I knew had followed him, I realised, I must know him.'
The pair hit it off on their first date to Ikea, which happened because Chloe was moving home.

Manchester City captain Steph, 36, was joined by teammate Demi Stokes, 32, for the raucous celebration.
Looking rather different off the pitch, the group of women ditched their kits in favour of tight dresses and heels as they attended well-known club Ushuaia where they partied in the VIP section.
The group then descended one of Ibiza's famous beach clubs, posing for the camera in bikinis and sunglasses, with Chloe wearing a white fluffy cowboy hat.
In typical hen do style, the footballer's friends had kitted out her hotel room with a giant inflatable engagement ring, balloons and gift bags.
'Ibizeeeeeee baby! Unreal hen party for our amazing bride to be @chloekelly. These girls are special, now bring on the wedding,' Steph wrote on Instagram.
Earling-born Chloe rose to prominence during last year's World Cup, during which she scored England's winning penalty against Nigeria.
Just one year before that she had been a substitute for all six of England's matches during the Euros, having only just recovered from a ligament injury she suffered in 2021.
She has been in a relationship with Moore, who is thought to work for a golf centre, for more than five years and they have largely kept their romance out of the public eye.
