@jessfraz when i worked at TWC we hit an odd issue with setup boxes in one of our hubs sites after we did some network changes. the boxes were not able to talk to the QPSK's (edge devices) anymore. Because it was taking too many hops from the controller to the QPSK. We were over by one hop

@AllentownJ @GetSpectrum This seems to be their MO whether on the phone or in the store. That is one of the reasons why I went with Verizon this time around because of their customer service staff, for high prices, intermittent WiFi and cable that always freezes as a bundle is not worth it.

Wi-Fi and phone & canât get anyone here until Wednesday! How does a power company assess a problem & fix it within hours, yet Spectrum canât forgive it out for days! Canât pay bills, do work or book airline flights! Very unhappy! đ¤Źđ¤Źđ¤Ź

Anyone considering switching to #Spectrum run away! Been nothing but problems since we switched, last July! Contractor hooked everything up to old sat lines, had to replace cable box within 3 months, needed a tech at our house for 3 hrs last month, & now after Sunday storm w/out

Hey @Ask_Spectrum, I accidentally upgraded my package the other day, is there a way to take it back down on my own or do I have to call someone?
