the whole idea that they are out there saying this election is not about age. joe and the other guy are about the same age. even for the debate as jesse is saying, they are going to be seated. we don't even get to see them walk in. they will be seated so that there is one less obstacle to worry about for biden. >> harold: happy belated father's day to everyone watching. on the debate, this will be the most-watched obviously political exercise notwithstanding the great numbers we all have around the table and everyone's respective shows. in the history of television. this will have super bowl-like numbers. even if it doesn't reach that crescendo, they will reach the percentage of voters that we talk about, the small group of voters. who ultimately have decided the last 3 or 4 election cycles. as a result of the outcome of those sides are trying their

hardest to disqualify the other candidate. it is only going to get worse. the language, their rhetoric and the ridiculousness of their rhetoric on both sides will wrap up. largely because, that is the way you get after those voters and that is the way you show that 300,000 that this guy should not be then ex-president again. the debate. i can't wait for about top direct questions designed to elicit real answers. where do you stand on the border? why haven't you done more on the border? why did you call your party members and ask them to vote against a negotiated settlement around the border? should we did more for israel? do we believe as we look at supreme court nominees over the next three or four years, we have a litmus test? what would you do on taxes? both of these candidates will have an opportunity to show where we stand. 250,000 independent voters who like they will decide this

like they did w with the isis connections. one of them that was a vest and were still here before they figured out they had connections to isis. these people are not being vetted. the american citizens are in danger. if you remember that guy from pennsylvania that did the crab walked up the side of the prison, he was wanted in brazil for murdering his girlfriend. then comes here and murders his ex-partner. then we find out about an illegal from venezuela busted 6 times on gun charges now facing murder in new york city. el salvador, for 99-21 in prison for murder charged with murder here for murdering someone in burning their body. what does this tell us? i was grateful to those sheriff who spoke with me for a few minutes. he said this is the second time in that county that a woman has been murdered by an illegal.

the issue is very clear and the numbers are clear. in 2023, they were 1700 charges and convictions for homicide. in 2023, 73,000 noncitizens were arrested for crimes. all right, what we have got is a crime problem by illegals. it is a slap in the face to american citizens when the liberal solution is, oh, there, the republicans and the democrats need to get together. you close the border. the solution is not to throw more money to get more judges and more i.c.e. agents. we found there is one i.c.e. agent per 7,000 illegals. i want you to close that border. until you deal with the illegals who are here that joe biden gave 350,000 of them amnesty last week, then we are sitting ducks. my question to joe biden, why are you doing this to america?

why did you make a decision to close the border after trump close them? why did you cancel his executive orders? we have this saying, no one is above the law. in this country, illegals his first act when they come into this country is to violate the law, the illegals are above the law. how many times has trump got hammered for the per se, they are not sending us their best. the truth is, 60% of americans want them rounded up and deported. when you vote in november, and very well may. >> martha: that is exactly where i was in they go with you. we have heard trume 2015 -- they are not sending their best. it seems to me a powerful moment in the debate which harold brought up is sadly the images of these individuals who are no longer with us. clearly, these people were killed and their livelihood taken away by not the best.

>> harold: it is a tough question. you do a little bit of what jesse said. you have to call those families. and unfortunately, this issue of the border is more representative, i think, of how broken our politics are as a country than any, because we have been blaming each other and each party for the last 50 years. judge, i don't necessarily disagree with you about the call for more agents and cops. we should shut the border. you're probably going to need more agents down there to do it at legal and illegal entry points. we should build a wall also. we also need more judges, because we are a country that she give people an immediate decision. let me just finish. when people come for a silent, you can say you don't get it and wait in line. we don't do that now. we should do that. whether we want to acknowledge it or not, republicans and democrats, we live in a system where you have to find some agreement between the parties for bills to pass on laws to be

enacted. even when we think we are exactly right. sometimes i think i'm exactly right on education on exactly right to produce energy in our country. we don't live in a dictatorship or with a king. you have to negotiate with parties. whether we like it or not, we had a bill that for 40 years we have not had anything as tough as what democrats and republicans negotiated. if president trump is elected in november, he could do whatever he wants to do another bill. president biden waited too long on the executive orders. he should have done them sooner. one of the reasons he waited so long is because he thought they would be challenged in court. that way you ensure its constitutional protection is to have congress -- raise the likelihood. it will be a tough answer for him to give. i hope he gives it. i hope he asked president trump, why don't you ask your guys until you get too often since you are so confident, let's pass the bill that they negotiated

western pennsylvania. people said, no one comes here. no one ever campaigns here. dating win those areas? yes, he did. this is an effort he started as president in 2016 when he started to reach out to black voters even during that campaign, he said what have you got to lose? he felt that went democrats had promised to the black community, they have not delivered on for that community. he said, look, why don't you give me a try? maybe i might be able to make things better. i thought it was very interesting. she works for the bernie sanders campaign. she was in a panic. i'm an independent. i'm not even a big supporter of president biden. what they need to do is get to these communities and open the checkbook and cut the checks. what do you mean? she said, to nonprofits on these organizations in any organization that you can get money into their hands, they

need to work to get out the vote. i thought it was a very interesting comment. clearly there is a lot of panic. on cnn, he said, and biden was up by 80 points with this group, he's got a 37-point advantage. these are historic owners shifts that are happening. if they bear out in 2024, beth can they be the headline of the night. >> greg: that is the dark underbelly of democratic politics. you got the check and shower and the money at the perfect time, and they shall out the vote. did they run out of money spending it on electric charges? >> judge jeanine: i don't know if the democrats spend their money on. i suspect a lot of us are being told what they spend their money on beer and i want to talk about the fact that this election is really when you see donald trump in a black church and church and you see joe biden with all the celebrities, it is like the difference between taking a vote for granted and earning a vote.

joe biden comes out, and he says, if you don't vote for me, you ain't black. donald trump goes to the black community and says, this is when i'm gonna do for you. this is how i'm going to help you. this is what i've done. this election is also about criminal justice and the difference between joe biden and donald trump. joe biden was the one who pushed the omnibus crime control act of 1994 and put a generation of blacks and called them predators and put them into prison weird when donald trump was president, he passed them into the first step act that allowed for the reduction in sentencing as well as earning good credit, making that statutory and giving social security cards, drivers licenses so the african americans coming out of prison could get jobs. joe biden gives the illegals the licenses and all the other st stuff. when trump needs money -- i have to give his daughter-in-law credit.

there is someone at this table, no one here now. what does she know about raising money? that are in c is killing it. so is lara trump. it's difference between mar-a-lago because he is the entertainment and joe biden having to bring in george clooney and julia roberts and obama and jack black. you know, what people want more than anything is the minority community to at least be addressed and respected. that is not being done by the democrats. >> harold: democrats i went back 90% of the black vote. i think it's going to happen again. we will see. the main thing is you can't take voters for granted. why do you rob banks? that is where the money is. democrats go to hollywood, because that is where the money is. republicans -- they go down some

mar-a-lago. a bunch of billionaires show up around the table. i give president trump great credit for being able to do that. this is the thing that will really be the decisive factor at this early point in the campaign. this is the longest campaign we have seen for president and every day. it keeps getting longer. june 27th will be one of the demarcation dates to understand where the guys stand on the critical issues. it can very well be if president biden does not perform well in june 27th, there will be louder voices in the democratic party say maybe we need a different candidate. if he performs well, the same thing could be set on the other side. probably not likely but it put biden in a stronger position than today. >> greg: obama never went to the hood. we are going to leave it at that. never went to the hood. coming up, that is what he said. that is not me. that is what he said.
